We’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong from our side like a damaged product, a delivery mishap, or an incorrect order. If that happens, and you let us know within 3 hours of receiving your order, we’ll take care of it with warmth and understanding.

If your request qualifies, we’ll offer a store credit, redeemable at our physical locations. The amount may vary depending on the situation, but we’ll always aim for a solution that feels fair and kind to both of us.

A Note on Appearance & Taste

Each Cake Dior creation is handcrafted, and while we try our best to showcase them beautifully online, small differences in color or appearance can occur due to lighting or screen settings. We hope you understand that these natural variations aren’t eligible for a refund.

As for taste,

we pour our hearts into every flavour, but we also know that everyone’s palate is unique. If something doesn’t match your personal preference, we hope you’ll still feel the care that went into it, even though we can’t offer refunds based on taste alone.
